What is Nodig BSE?
Brush & Spray Epoxy – material that delivers what we promise
100% Two-Component Epoxy
BSE is pure 2K epoxy — the reaction of components A and B creates an exceptionally hard and elastic coating that bonds firmly to the pipe wall and stays there — no cracking, flaking or delamination.
Two Colours – Smart Control
Each coat has a different colour. Working inside the pipe you immediately see whether the previous layer is evenly covered and where more material is needed. Not aesthetics — precision that reduces errors and waste.
Brush or Spray – Your Choice
BSE by brush for precise hand application or by spray for fast, even coverage over longer sections. Same material, same quality — adapt the method to the situation on site.
When to Use BSE?
Residential Buildings
Copper, steel and plastic pipes in residential buildings — rehabilitated from the inside without excavation.
Industrial
Process lines, cooling lines and drainage pipes in industrial facilities.
Municipal
Municipal water mains and sewer networks — rehabilitation without traffic disruption.
Before Spray-Lining
BSE as primer coat for ProLight spray-lining — maximum adhesion and coating thickness.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
What is the Nodig BSE system?
BSE (Brush Spray Epoxy) is Nodig's epoxy coating system for pipe rehabilitation. It applies a protective epoxy lining inside existing pipes to stop corrosion and extend service life without excavation.
Does BSE require prior pipe cleaning?
Yes. High-speed cleaning with a Nodig machine (V8, V1, or Mini6) is recommended before BSE application to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion.
Is BSE epoxy coating suitable for drinking water pipes?
The BSE system uses epoxy materials certified for drinking water contact, making it suitable for rehabilitating water supply pipes in residential and commercial settings.
What is the expected service life after BSE application?
When correctly applied, BSE epoxy coating can extend the service life of pipes by several decades, depending on usage conditions and pipe type.
