Chains and Grinding Paper

Rotary chains are the primary tool for mechanical pipe cleaning. Attached to Nodig machines, they spin at high speed to break up deposits, scale and blockages inside the pipe.

Nodig offers standard cleaning chains, descaling chains and heavy-duty chains for aggressive deposits. Each type is designed for specific pipe materials and blockage conditions.

Chain selection depends on the pipe diameter, material (PVC, concrete, cast iron) and deposit type (grease, scale, sediment). Nodig technical support can advise the optimal configuration.

Chain lifespan depends on usage intensity and deposit hardness. Visual inspection after each job is recommended. Worn or deformed chains should be replaced immediately to avoid pipe damage.

Nodig chains are available in sizes for pipes from DN50 to DN300. Using the correctly sized chain for each diameter ensures maximum cleaning efficiency and prevents pipe wall damage.
